MetriQ Input

MetriQ Input is used to digitize workplace processes, including familiarization with health and safety documentation, collecting results from inspections or rework, and visualizing workflow steps. MetriQ Input is a unique and flexible tool designed for the distribution and collection of workplace data. Its simple and clear interface allows for quick adaptation to changing requirements, new orders, components, work locations, parameter adjustments, and parallel sorting across multiple workplaces.

There is a variant optimized for common specialized smartphones (e.g., Zebra). MetriQ Input also enables data collection from multiple sorting companies for a single customer.

MetriQ View

Customer communication has been moved to the MetriQ View module, which serves to display summary results in a clear dashboard as well as detailed results of individual orders, with the option to generate reports and share documents.

The uniqueness of MetriQ View from the customer’s perspective lies in the fact that the customer can find comprehensive results and documents from multiple suppliers in one place in real time.

MetriQ can be linked to any other customer information system.

Environmental Impact

Implementing the MetriQ solution brings “paperless” quality control, eliminating the need for printing, and manually filling out documents and forms in the quality control process.

Thanks to electronic document distribution and electronic data collection from workplaces, it reduces the number of kilometers traveled, thereby reducing CO2 emissions.

Deploying MetriQ with customers helps achieve HOLLEN’s GreenDeal goals and reduce the carbon footprint. In 2021, HOLLEN generated 122.32 tons of CO2, which represents approximately 139g of CO2 per working hour.
