3D Arm FARO Arm EDGE 9
Allows measurement of almost anything in space and in real time. The latest generation of the laser line scanner can capture up to 560,000 points per second and transmit the data to the measuring system. Based on the measurement values, we can provide measurement reports for individual manufactured parts.
Optical measuring instruments
These allow us to minimize the human factor when evaluating parts, while providing contactless and much faster evaluation and measurement services with an accuracy of up to 4 micrometers.

- Keyence IM – 7020
- Keyence CVX – 350F
- Keyence IM – 7030T
Cleanrooms ISO 6, ISO 7
A room where the concentration of particles in the surrounding air is monitored and designed to minimize the introduction, generation, and retention of particles.
It allows for the inspection of specific parts while maintaining the highest possible quality. We have an online monitoring system of all room parameters with 24-hour service.
3D Printers
We use 3D printers to create our own specific products, templates, and POKA YOKE fixtures that help us with quality control and ease the use of equipment.

Surface Roughness Tester
A surface roughness tester is a device designed for precise measurement of the surface roughness of materials, commonly used in the automotive industry. It provides important information about the surface roughness, a critical parameter in evaluating the quality and performance of materials used in the automotive industry.
The tester works by detecting microscopic irregularities on the surface of the tested material.
It uses various methods such as tactile, optical, or mechanical techniques to obtain accurate data about surface roughness. These data are then analyzed and evaluated using standardized methods, allowing for precise determination of the material’s roughness.
ESD Equipment
Ensures the dissipation of static electricity from sorting areas to prevent damage to electronic components. Equipment and workers undergo regular checks and audits, with robust recording of all information.
Height Gauge
Height gauges allow us to precisely measure the height of various components in the automotive industry. The height gauge works by detecting and recording the distance between the tested surfaces. Its sophisticated sensors and measurement methods, including ultrasonic, laser, or optical techniques, provide reliable and accurate data on component height.
In the automotive industry, height gauges are used to check the quality of various vehicle parts, from engine components to body parts. Their ability to ensure precise height measurements is essential to ensure manufacturing standards are met and that the final product meets all quality requirements.
Contourgraph Optacom LC – 10
The contour graph is a top-tier measuring system that allows precise measurement of the contours and roughness of various surfaces. Utilizing advanced parameters and features, the Optacom LC – 10 provides reliable and efficient solutions for quality control in the automotive industry.
It has a measurement range of 185 x 225 x 225 mm and the ability to detect touch up to a depth of 33 mm, enabling the measurement of a wide range of components and parts. It allows for contour and surface roughness measurement in a single scan, with the option of automatic filter selection and roughness measurement according to all roughness standards.
